I spent a lot money there this year and I never get anything,but some people always get something big,they give people number And easy to cheat that’s my thing,hope somebody’s stop them

The More you Spend the More I feel RIPPED OFF. I'm a faithful customer at Indian river vapor or should I say Internet sweepstakes gambling. I've lost thousands of dollars with your company and can't get nothing in return. I've lost over 3000 dollars in last 2 weeks to walk away empty handed. Gambling relaxes me and I expect to loss sometimes but to play hundred after hundred daily and not get a hundred dollar better yet a five dollar hit. My blood pressure seems to rise when I go in your establishment. You're the only one n my area but if it don't get fair doin I'll stop coming and start Pickering letting ur customers know. Go to Portsmouth you have better shot at winning more than losing and you get bonus spins and they pay out. It's fair not rip off all the time. I put 300 dollars in ur machine and didn't get a free spin or a pay out of more than 6 dollars. Really. It's sad and I feel like vapor copes on Indian river road is a complet rip off. No fairness when I look around and all ur customers losing

I lost 400.00 from them. What happen they sent me 400.00 worth the ecards. Come to find out when went to walmart to the cash register. The money was gone. They had took back the 100 ecards and used them. My research showed that the ecards were redeem from the owner. Sounds like crooks to me. Pissed off customer. I reported it to the FBI but no results. 400.00 would have been nice since I am unemployed! Contact Walmart and what happen it the same company that sent them redeem them also. Now I only get the hard cards.

100"s of dollars playing 105 play and only winning 8 cents when a win do come. I'm a loyal customer whom feels ripped off. I don't expect to win every time but when I'm using my same number and playing over a hundred a day and can't win 100 back something wrong. All ur customers are sighing. Everyone shouldn't loose. Be fair. Don't just take. Give back. U pay ur 25 cents customers 100 but won't pay ur 100 dollars spenders 20 dollars. That's unfair. If you expect to stay in business and keep customers shouldn't you try to satisfy someone's. Pissed Off. I enjoy gambling but your company is a disgrace

I have played several thousand dollars in ur company to not leave with much. How can u play 200 to 400 every other day and can't when 50 dollars. Can't you tell who spend money. If you not going to be fair you should shut down. Don't keep taking and not giving. You will reap what you sow one day

Now the company did not contact to my complaint by phone that is a recording, neither did they respond to 2 e-mails made, either did the staff give me a direct contact number at all or try and fix where the missing money got too. Okay From the deposit at the cash register to walking back to the machine and putting in the code number... it vanished every one was sorry and nothing can be done... so I came to the conclusion their is their is theft going on in this Redibids. stealing from the customer, a week or so later, I over heard another lady lost her money also, and I listen to the same story, as if she pushed the wrong button that is a mystery. So with money vanishing from people's deposits, and workers some how can play the games for hours on end, either some one was being paid well from the company on a hourly wage, and when money goes missing it is treated as stiff ***, their is nothing I am going to do about your loss... but later I have money to play as a staff member. I have come to the conclusion that what happen to me and another not to mention it had to be others that theft was happening in RediBids and the company did nothing to fix the issue, by phone you have to find yourself on the internet, lack of response shows lack of customer care, in theft management of customers, money. Shame on them for skimming customers accounts. This is my own opinion.

I too have been scammed out of thousands of dollars from this company. It is the scam of the Century. Here in Birmingham, Alabama.......they ask for your State I.d. so they know who you are when you are playing. The bids is automatically set at 63 cents. And the pay outs are very low from 10 cents to the most 200 dollars unless you are in the bonus, the most you will get from a jackpot is 600 dollars. Needless to say I have never won a jackpot or even close to it in the 6 months I have played, spending according to my bank statement close to ten thousand dollars. Also, their AT machines have taken money from my account several times that I didn't receive and had to file claims with my bank, not to mention a bank fee they charge you without your permission to check your account total amount. I work hard for my money, at first it was giving me a couple hundred here and there. But the more I spent the less it would pay off. Oh and let's not talk about the auctions. If there was one for an item over 250 dollars, the system would kick me out in the count down everytime. I told the manager about it several times. Only to be told they don't know why it keeps happening. I also called customer service several times, still no change in the system. I did notice that the same people win jackpots and large prizes. I have even been bragged to by one of the cashier's relatives about how many big prizes he has won. Wow, Redibids I am seriously considering calling a lawyer and filing a class action law suit. It is a disgrace how they are taking advantage of people, majority of these people are retired elderly people. Redibids do you have no shame???

I have watched on two occasions how annette on holland road has her friends come n jus before the tv raffle n they act like itd their first time playing n the dhe calls their name for the tv. She never lets anyone see the ticket n immediately starts talking n drops the ticket back n the bucket so noone will ask to see the name. When the girl with wet hair came n the door at 8:30 o said to my mom... There is your winner for the tv tonight. She walkec up to the counter n gabe 20.00 n went to her seat. Annette went over n startec to talk loud as if she was expllaing. The hirl was already playing when annette went over yo her. Im convinced annette is cheating..i watched n predictec 2 times.girll with 1 ticket n everybody else spend spending 100s of dollars all day n have a lot of tickets n the barrell. Miss me with the ***. She is cheating. She tells everybody how much u win n count your money out loud. I bet all of her family got 55' tvs n their trailer.

It did not show up on the machine after the deposit, the casher said their was nothing that could be done or we would have to contact the company. So where is the phone number, we was told to come in the next day and the other casher would be able to help, I came in and was told it had to be dealt with last night, and by now it would be off the system. Now off the system is a lie as all gambling tickets have a bar code, and I am so sure the company is not out to loose money... so for now it is a loss of 20 unless I can dispute with HQ, as the small shops claim to not know what procedure of a dispute is. So far I got the 20 dollar education run around, so where did the money go? The workers are nice but this does not help with my 20 dollar dispute of vanishing money... If I made a mistake I would like to know why!!! Their is not many buttons that can be pushed wrong for a 66 cent bid only.

This place is a ripoff, don't waste your money or time. Who ever owns this company os just plan greedy. I really wish they would investigate this company. RIPOFF BEWARE!!!!

I would like to file a complaint regarding Redibids online and sweepstakes businesses in Chesapeake and Va. Beach Va. I have patronized these businesses on several occasions, and feel that they are not treating the patrons fairly. The games are failing to go to bonuses and the auctions are not going off at fair amount. Because every bid cost .63 cent and they give you the past three averages, of the auction and it doubles and triples the amount of the average amount. It is suppose to be a penny auction but for every penny it cost 6$ and 30 cents because every 10 bids equals one penny. I can go into the business and spend 200$ and not go to the bonus once and sometimes go to the bonuses and get zero. which has been happening more lately. They are really ripping the patrons off a lot them have been complaining about how the games have been doing lately. They don't payout at all you might get up to a 100$ and then your computer will shut down sometimes it reboots itself and some times they have to reboot it for you. But once it reboots you never see another bonus and it takes all the money back that you have won. I realize that i take a chance when going in to these establishments, but i also want to be treated fairly when i spend my money. that's why i am asking for these businesses to be investigated. Attached is a video of a wal mart card that was suppose to go off at 48.12 but as you see it has not gone off and if you add up the money they have made off that card. The are ripping the patrons off because they have made 10 times the amount of that card and they are not paying out. I feel that if i win that auction i shouldn't have to pay the amount that the auction ends at because i have already been paying for it the whole time. And also i feel that i shouldn't have to compete with the people playing online, when i am in the business playing they don't have the same games and they don't have they same rules. They can not redeem the money the win and me being in the business can redeem the money i win. I feel it is illegal that i have to be competing with them for the same items. when i am in a business with a different name.
